Timeline
We will begin the 2026-27 application season in October. The timeline below outlines the application process for the 2026-27 school year. We look forward to meeting and working with you and your child!
October/November
Parent visits begin in October, and student visits for Lower, Middle, and Upper School begin in November and continue throughout the winter and spring. Please contact the Admission Office at 207.274.5224 to arrange for parent and student visits. We will do our best to coordinate visits for you and your child on the same day.
January 15
Tuition Assistance applications should be filed by January 15. After this deadline, applicants should contact the Admission Office directly before submitting an application for aid.
February 10
Completed applications are due on February 10 for first-round applicants. Decisions for first-round applicants will be released on March 6.
Rolling Admission
We continue to accept and review applications on a rolling basis after February 10, working with families to complete applications where space remains available. Families who apply after the first round will be notified within a few weeks following completion of the application. We encourage interested families to contact the Admission Office at any time to discuss enrollment opportunities and begin the application process.
