Grades 10/11 – Urban Service

This group of sophomores and juniors will be volunteering with a service organization in Boston for Outdoor Experience! They will stay at Boston's Hostelling International Youth Hostel and serve the Boston area food pantries and soup kitchens. In addition to their volunteer service the group will also gain a deeper understanding of what it means to live in poverty in an urban setting.

I know they will love the opportunity to work with their classmates to make this valuable contribution to the Boston, MA, community.

Please review the information below to ensure your child is prepared for the trip. Please feel free to contact Blake Keogh (oe@waynflete.org) with any questions.
