Full Fun Days 2019-2020
Lower School students are invited to join Full Fun Days on days when school is closed for school-related events such as teacher professional development and parent conferences. There are four Full Fun Days throughout the school year, and additional full-day programs offered when the school year starts in September and ends in June.
Activities include field trips, active and imaginative group games, craft projects, painting, expeditions to explore nature, and free outdoor play.
Full Fun Days
8:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m. Cost: $87 per day
Option for late pickup by 6:00 p.m. Additional fee of $12 for 3:15 to 6:00 p.m.
Note: For students enrolled in Full-time Afterschool PLUS Full Fun Days:
- There is no additional fee for extended care until 6:00 p.m.
- The following Full Fun Days are included : October 25, January 17 (Sandpipers only), March 27 and March 30.

Sandpipers* will participate in our annual costume parade this morning! After, they will spend the day doing fall-themed activities such as pumpkin painting, fall decorations, and team games.
Owls* will join the Sandpipers in the morning for the costume parade. Afterwards Owls, including grade 1, will head to Rocky Ridge Orchard to pick apples, choose their own pumpkins, and take a tractor ride! They will return to campus after a picnic lunch and participate in various fall-themed activities.
Drop off - 8:00-8:30 am in the Lower School Library
Pick up - 3:15-6:00 pm pick up in the Lower School Library
EC-K students will have naps.
*Grade 1 will join the Owls for this Full Fun Day.
Drop Off - 8:00-8:30 am at the Loop and tetherball court. If wet weather, please drop off in the Lower School Innovation Lab.
Pick Up - 3:15-5:00 pick up at the tetherball court or from the Innovation Lab, 5:00-6:00 pick up at the Klingenstein LS Library.
Schedule of Activities:
9:30-10:00 Owls will participate in the Costume Parade with the Sandpipers!
10:30 Owls will bus from campus to Rocky Ridge Orchard, where they will pick apples, choose a pumpkin, take a tractor ride, and have a picnic lunch. For more information about the orchard, please visit their website here.
2:00 Return to campus and participate in other fall-themed activities and crafts for the remainder of the afternoon.
