Waynflete SUMMER camp offerings 2020 start Monday, June 22:  

  • K-1 Camp will run from 9:00-3:00. 
  • City Sketchbook Adventures, for Grades 5-9, from 9:30 to 2:30
  • Outdoor Dungeons and Dragons, for Grades 5-9, from 10 to 3:00

City Sketchbook Adventures (Formerly Coastal Sketchbook) for Rising Grades 5-9

Offered June 22-26, July 6-10 and July 20-24

9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

Campers in Grade 5-9 are invited to join City Sketchbook Adventures. We will be outdoors all day. We will enjoy walking trips to nearby city landmarks for sketching, painting, journaling and some special community projects. Grab your pen, your paintbrush, and let's go outside! *Campers will wear face masks and practice social distancing. Masks may be removed when outdoors AND six feet apart. Outdoor Dungeons and Dragons, for Rising Grades 5-9

Offered June 22-26, July 6-10 and July 20-24

10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Join the fantasy world of dragons and heroes through this collaborative storytelling game! D&D campers get to immerse themselves in the imaginative role-playing game—bring your imagination and spend each day outdoors with fellow D&D enthusiasts. Afternoons will include outdoor art projects that will involve creating your own imaginative world. Camp will provide the dice and dungeon masters. *Campers will wear face masks and practice social distancing. Masks may be removed when outdoors AND six feet apart. Outdoor K-1 Camp, for Rising Kindergarten to Grade 1 

Offered June 22-26, July 6-10 and July 20-24

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Our K-1 Camp day will run 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - a full day of art, active play, hands-on exploration of nature, and fun with friends. K-1 campers will spend all day every day outdoors. Mornings in K-1 will include art and science projects, singing, creative movement and free play. Afternoons will take campers to the Lower Field for active games and playful exercises that creatively channel each child's physical exuberance and curiosity. Fun activities like obstacle courses and relays enhance fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, climbing, kicking, rolling, and crawling. *Campers will not be required to wear face masks and they will not practice social distancing. This group will be a small consistent separate pod, isolated from other programs. Campers will wash hands frequently throughout the day. View complete Safety Protocols 2020

July 6-10: Grades 5-9; Session 1, 9:00 to 11:45 a.m.; Session 2, 12:15 to 3:00 p.m.

July 20-24: Grades 5-9 Full Day Tennis Camp; 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
