New England Youth Identity Summit
New England Youth Identity Summit
Students and educators are invited to join us for the 2017 New England Youth Identity Summit, an event designed to spark meaningful conversations about identity, diversity, and community!

We'll kick things off the evening of Friday, March 31 in Waynflete's Franklin Theater with dance, hip hop, and spoken-word performances highlighting "The Power of Stories." Event details here:

The next day, we'll will host a full-day program for high school students and educators featuring inspiring speakers, student-led workshops, and dialogue sessions intended to build bridges and create a vision for strong multi-cultural communities.

Don't miss our Saturday keynote speaker: President Obama's inaugural poet Richard Blanco (bio here)!

Students and educators may register individually, but we encourage educators to chaperone student groups from their schools. Both options are available during the registration process.

Tickets are $25/attendee. This fee includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Email us for information on limited scholarships.

Please REGISTER NOW as we expect this event to sell out. We look forward to seeing you at NEYIS 2017!
