Fall 2021 Workshops
Three sessions (fall, winter, and spring) of enrichment weekly workshops provide students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 specialized after school learning opportunities with experienced instructors and passionate teaching artists, musicians, and professionals from the greater Portland area. Workshops offer in-depth exploration into the arts, dance, drama/acting, STEM, electronic music, cooking, athletics, and role-play games (RPG) such as Dungeons & Dragons.
- Registration opens August 30
- Workshops begin the week of September 20
- If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will notify registered families by September 15.
- Programs take place on campus, or transportation is provided to/from off-campus locations so that parents can pick up workshop participants at the west end campus.
- For fall 2021, workshops will run in person, consistent with Waynflete’s health and safety protocols. Waynflete workshops are typically open to students from the broader Portland community. This fall we must limit enrollment to Waynflete students due to health and safety concerns. We will open to students from other schools as health protocols allow. We look forward to when we can welcome back more students to join our workshops.
- All students must be registered to attend an enrichment workshop. Full up-front payment for workshops is required prior to attendance.
- Students enrolled in full-time Afterschool receive a 25 percent discount on the price of Enrichment workshops. Use the code “FTAS” at checkout.
- See bottom of this page for winter and spring workshop previews
