Payment Plans

Waynflete offers several tuition payment plans:

Full Payment Plan

  • To reserve a spot at Waynflete for the upcoming school year, the non-refundable/non-transferable enrollment deposit is due by March 1 for returning families, and by April 10 for new families. Please note that the payment of tuition becomes a full year obligation after April 30.
  • The remaining tuition is due in full by July 1 and considered delinquent if not paid by August 1.
  • A late fee of 1 percent per month will be assessed on delinquent accounts.

Standard Payment Plan

  • To reserve a spot at Waynflete for the upcoming school year, the non-refundable/non-transferable enrollment deposit is due by March 1 for returning families, and by April 10 for new families. Please note that the payment of tuition becomes a full year obligation after April 30.
  • 60 percent of tuition less the enrollment deposit is due by July 1 and considered delinquent if not paid by August 1.
  • The remaining 40 percent of tuition is due by November 1 and considered delinquent if not paid by December 1.
  • A late fee of 1 percent per month will be assessed on delinquent accounts.

Deferred Payment Plan (administered by FACTS Management Company*)

  • To reserve a spot at Waynflete for the upcoming school year, the non-refundable/non-transferable enrollment deposit is due by March 1 for returning families, and by April 10 for new families. Please note that the payment of tuition becomes a full year obligation after April 30.
  • The tuition amount financed will be equal to the full tuition less the enrollment deposit and tuition assistance (if applicable).
  • This interest-free plan involves 10 monthly automatic withdrawals from a checking or savings account beginning June 5.
  • FACTS will charge a non-refundable enrollment fee of $45 per agreement and a returned payment fee of $30 as specified on their Automatic Tuition Payment Agreement.
