Eco-Science Adventure provides campers in Grades 5 through 7 an opportunity to learn about outdoor environments and how people use the environment for many purposes. With a focus on having fun with science, students spend both weeks taking field trips to explore forests, fields, lakes, the ocean, a salt marsh, farms, wildlife parks, and even Portland itself. The camp's home base is an Upper School science lab—complete with a marine touch tank—where campers perform experiments and study the organisms they collect.
