Welcome to Waynflete on the Web—an important hub of communication for our school community. You can find all kinds of information here, whether you are a current parent looking for directions to a soccer game or a prospective parent seeking information on admissions. Students, alumni, faculty, and friends of the School all will find helpful sections on this Web site.

Waynflete is a school with a particular mission and purpose. We enroll some 540 students from early childhood through high school. We work in partnership with parents to provide for students a learning experience that combines high expectations with playful exploration, where commitment to community and respect for individuality go hand-in-hand, where every student is nurtured, challenged, and encouraged to develop a love for learning that can last a lifetime.

Each section of Waynflete on the Web serves a particular purpose:

Information about Waynflete's principles and practices can be found in Our Mission in Action.

Admissions connects you to information about applications and financial aid.

The Parents' Portal includes a detailed calendar of events and other materials for current parents.

The Alumni section is designed to help former students keep in touch with their classmates and the school.
There are sections for each of Waynflete's three divisions—Lower, Middle, and Upper School—as well as for Summer Programs and the Visual & Performing Arts.

Participation in Athletics is a significant focus for our school as well, reflecting our commitment to all aspects of our students' growth and development. With more than 400 interscholastic events each year, this section of the Web site is a busy one.

If this is your first interaction with Waynflete, I invite you to visit to get a true sense of the exuberant spirit that pervades our school. Here you will see that Waynflete is a place where students can stretch themselves to master new challenges without fear of making mistakes, where teachers recognize that questions are the essential units of learning, where children develop toward adulthood by gradually taking increasing responsibility for their own education, and where individual excellence and commitment to community are goals for everyone.

Thank you very much for your interest in our school.
